MAVI Europe AG delivers to the order address mentioned by the customer. A delivery is only carried out within Germany and Austria.

The standard delivery time within Germany and to Austria is 1-4 working days (Monday-Friday) and the Netherlands, France and Belgium 2-5 working days from the receipt of your order. After successful input, you will receive an automatic order confirmation.

As soon as the goods are sent, you will receive an automatic shipping confirmation as an email. Invoice, return certificate and return label are attached to printing in the shipping confirmation.

The return shipping from Germany is free.
