The standard delivery time within Germany and Austria is 1-4 working days (Monday-Friday) and the Netherlands, France, Italy and Belgium 2-5 working days from the receipt of your order. After successful input, you will receive an automatic order confirmation.

As soon as the goods are sent, you will receive an automatic shipping confirmation as an email. Invoice, return certificate (Germany and Austria) and return label(Germany and Austria) are attached to printing in the shipping confirmation. The return shipping from Germany and Austria is free of charge.

Return of articles

1. Fill out the return slip and give the reason for the return.
2. Put it together with the articles that are to be returned in a suitable packaging (e.g. in the box/shipping bag).
3. Bring the return sticker to the package. Please make sure that the old label is completely covered or removed.
4. Give your package at a Hermes or DHL parcel shop of your choice.
5. You will receive a receipt with a tracking number. So you can track your return.
